[Seisunix] Time axes

Dear Jahiro,

I am not sure about your data, but the differences between plotting with SU
and with Gnuplot could be caused by automatic gain control (AGC) in SU,
which could be absent in Gnuplot.

But one needs more information (both of the data and of the SU and Gnuplot
scripts) in order to have a more exact answer.
