Greetings LUGgers,

Two weekends from now, Tyler Technologies will be holding a programming
competition open to all Mines students. This will be the 4th time they
are running one at Mines, and they've all been really fun!

Here's the information:

    Date: Saturday, 9/22
Time: 10 AM to 3 PM
    Location: MZ 022 and 026
Lunch will be provided in MZ 126

In the past, you have been allowed to compete in teams of 1-4. You don't
have to use any specific programming language, they just give you a
problem and an input, and you show the answer to receive credit for the
problem.

If you're looking for a team, you can enroll in this Piazza site, and
use the team finder feature on there to connect with other potential
team members:

The competition is open to all students (even if you are just a
Freshman!) so make sure to sign up: it is a great experience!

Best,

Jack
